Cloud Nine Kitchen is a finalist in the New Business of the Year category.

We’re Bryony & Gemma, partners in business and in life, and the proud creators of Cloud Nine Kitchen.

After meeting in the Lake District we bonded over a shared love of World food and adventure. The idea for Cloud Nine Kitchen was born whilst we were working as chef and host in the French Alps, dreaming of sharing our passion for food back home in the Lakes.

We bought our converted ambulance, Florence (as in Nightingale) in June 2024 and served our first customer two days later!

Gemma, who is head chef, has over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry.

She’s cooked everywhere from restaurants to festivals and even started a sushi delivery service during lockdown. Her passion for food is evident in every dish she creates, and she loves nothing more than seeing the joy on her customers’ faces.

At Cloud Nine, we offer restaurant quality street food!

Our menus are a reflection of our love for bold flavours from around the world. From our famous beef quesabirria to our king prawn laksa, we use only the freshest ingredients and prepare everything from scratch.

We always offer a selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options.
