Jack Bond has been nominated for the Chef of the Year category.
Chef-owner Jack – who has bought the business with his wife, Beth – not only retained the restaurant’s Michelin star on his arrival in 2024 but added three AA red rosettes for culinary excellence to its accolades.
His seasonally led cooking is described as precise, flavour-driven and sustainably focused and his menus champion exceptional ingredients and artisan suppliers.
Jack and his team are establishing a kitchen garden to provide them with direct access to freshly grown, herbs, flowers and fruits, supplemented with sustainably foraged fruits, nuts, berries, herbs and mushrooms.
