The Galloping Horse is part of leading local hospitality firm Osprey Management Group.
The inn reopened as Osprey’s first and flagship property on December 14 2016 after major rebuild and refurbishment.
Time passes though and in 2023/4 the Galloper experienced a major refit including a fantastic and very popular revamp of the outside space.
The quality and style of the refurbishment are impressive, and the good quality home cooked food, excellent range of drinks and the hospitality offered by the bar and restaurant no less so; the Galloping Horse provides a warm welcome to all.
Usual opening times
Mon-Tue: Closed
Wed-Thu: 12noon-2pm, 5pm-late, food served to 9pm
Fri-Sat: 12noon-late, food served to 9pm
Sun: 12noon-late, food served to 8pm
You can order food to take away too, whenever we’re serving food in-house.
