Stacey Lee Raath, of Ramble, won the Service of the Year category.

When one person is the whole of front of house team, they need to be really good at what they do.

Fortunately, Stacey is more than up to the task. The South African native, who came to Kendal with her partner, Harry, to make wine, is now the face of their Kendal wine bar and bistro.

Stacey’s experience in international hospitality and wine production shines through and her knowledge extends to both the food and wine and how they complement each other.
