The Toffee Shop is a finalist in the Food Producer of the Year category.

From our little shop in Cumbria, on the edge of the beautiful Lake District, we produce confection renowned far and wide for its distinctive and heavenly flavour.

Since 1910, The Toffee Shop has been dedicated to producing the world’s finest handmade fudge and toffee, with a carefully guarded secret recipe – and a passionate pride in what we do.

Dedication to our heritage

It is vital for us to preserve the traditional methods of making.

We use an original recipe and method created over 100 years ago by the founder of the Toffee Shop – producing all of our toffee and fudge by hand in brass pans on the premises.

Respect for the environment

We don’t use palm oil in our products and where possible we source materials and packaging from the UK.

We produce minimal food waste. Even our toffee shards go to a local distillery to make toffee vodka!

Our boxes are reusable and recyclable, and we have almost eliminated the use of plastic.
